Holiday ApartmentsWe have many high quality holiday apartments to let. We also have holiday apartments for sale either for private or rental purposes. You can choose one either close to the spa, nearby the golf-course or close to the recreation areas. Apartments are equipped with amenities such as kitchen, sauna, fireplace and tv. They are ideal for families or groups.
Holiday Club Saimaa
The heart of Saimaa Gardens will be the Holiday Club Saimaa holiday spa. The holiday spa will accommodate nearly one thousand guests. In addition, in the vicinity of the spa there will be approximately 300 unique time share apartments.
Holiday Club Saimaa will be one of the largest spas in Finland. It will include a pool area, several saunas and a day spa. The total pool size will be 1,800 square meters. The pools are designed for playful activities and sports.
Holiday Club Saimaa will offer more than just water games and fun, but also several other activities and services. For example, it includes a multi-functional arena for 4,000 people, the arena houses, a full-size skating rink and space for indoor sports, events, entertainment and trade-fairs. Visitors can also spend their time bowling or golfing at the center near-by.

New Port Saimaa Gardens
New Port Saimaa Gardens is located in the heart of Saimaa Gardens. There are 50 births for small boats and necessary services for yachtsmen. You can rent a birth for a day or longer. Please find out the available births from Tapahtumapalvelu Salpasafarit: sales (at) salpasafarit.fi. From the marina you have access to one of the biggest lake systems in Europe, beautiful lake Saimaa.

Events
Please look at our event page to find out the current and coming events in the area. Saimaa offers great fishing and crystal clear water is wonderful for swimming. Many events are organized in the area year round. The park makes it possible to have as many as 15.000 people in the park at one time.

Other accommodation services
We are currently building new holiday apartments. Saimaa Gardens’ tourist housing will include various top-class apartments: time share, spa loft and semi-detached. The apartments are located near the spa, golf centre and at the shoreline. The apartments meet the high standards of modern construction. The apartments are very energy-efficient and furnished according to customers’ tastes. All the materials and colours used will enhance the peaceful atmosphere of Saimaa Gardens.
Shopping and wellness
Saimaa Gardens wellness services offer something for everybody. The plans also include 5,000 square metres of shops, restaurants and galleries. Area’s classic old buildings are perfectly suited for small cafes and boutiques.
Experience and leisure time services
Saimaa Gardens will have a full length, 18-hole golf course with ranges and putting areas. The golf centre will also have a 9-hole pitch & put course for kids and golf beginners.
There will be plenty of outdoor recreational routes in Saimaa Gardens. The routes will be part of city of Imatra’s network of walking paths. The beaches of the area are mainly in recreational use and the lake district offers great opportunities for various safari services.
Private marina
In the future, the marina will also include piers for cruise ships. Channel depth is 2,6 metres.
Events
The multi-function arena will hold 4,000 persons, which enable the big conferences and events inside.
Also, a separate theme park will be build. The theme park activities include sand castle building, circus school and fun stuff.
Training and innovation services
Saimaa Gardens will be a perfect place for learning and creating new ideas. The area will have large facilities for training courses, seminars, symposiums and even for whole semesters. The training and innovation centre will also provide housing and free-time activities. The beautiful, stress-free environment will be excellent for deep learning.
The innovation centre is the concept of Saimaa Gardens’ innovation ecology as well as the home for many companies. The centre will be a link in the larger chain on Finnish and Russian innovation centres. In Saimaa Gardens the centre will house 40–50 innovative companies. The centre will be the first campus-like base for learning and innovation development.
Saimaa Gardens will also have workspace and shops for artists and craftsmen.
